Who is the data controller

We collect browsing data (via cookies and similar technologies) and the data you voluntarily provide when using contact, subscription or registration forms.

We use your data to provide and improve our services, communicate with you and meet legal obligations. We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and the controller's legitimate interest.

Who we share data with

We may share data with providers that render services to us (for example hosting, analytics or advertising), who act as data processors and only process data according to our instructions.

To provide and improve our services we use providers located outside Chile. This implies an international transfer of your personal data to the following recipients:

Google (Analytics, Ads, Fonts, reCAPTCHA, Site Kit) — United States.

For these transfers we adopt the safeguards required by Law 21.719, for example contractual clauses that ensure an adequate level of protection, or we transfer to countries offering a level of protection recognized as adequate.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal obligations. The record of your consent is kept as evidence for as long as it remains enforceable.

Your rights

In accordance with Law 21.719 and Law 19.628 (Chile), you can exercise the following rights:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Rectification of inaccurate or outdated data
  • Erasure (cancellation) of your data
  • Objection to processing
  • Portability of your data

To exercise them, write to the data controller or use the form at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the timeframes set by law. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Security and breaches

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. If a breach occurs affecting your personal data, we will act in accordance with the law and, where appropriate, notify you without undue delay.

Minors

Our services are not directed at minors without the authorization required by law. If you believe we are processing a minor's data without authorization, contact us to resolve it.

We may update this policy. We will publish changes on this same page and indicate the date of the last update.

Request regarding my personal data

In accordance with Law 21.719, you can request access to, rectification, erasure of, or objection to the use of your personal data. Complete the form and we will send you an email to confirm your identity before processing your request.

Use the same email you registered or purchased with. We'll send a confirmation link to this address.

Your request will be handled in accordance with Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection.
